Border gardens are full of colour from spring until late autumn. Sun-loving perennials, bulbs and shrubs are combined based on their flowering term, colour and form. A border garden of semishade plants, mainly Hostas, is at the entrance of the World Gardens.

The Beech Hedge is one of the border gardens, which is surrounded by Fagus sylvatica (European Beech) hedges. The garden is located next to the Rock Gardens to the north.
